4. Service Provider Responsibilities

My Palakkad is not responsible for disputes between users and service providers.
5. Community Guidelines
Users must not:
- Post abusive, hateful, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice.
6. User-Generated Content
By posting content on My Palakkad, you:

7. Location Services
If you use features like “Near Me”:
- The app may access your device location.

- Location data is not permanently stored unless explicitly stated.
8. Payments & Advertisements (Future Features)
In future updates:
- Advertisers may promote services within the platform.
- Paid listings may be introduced.
- My Palakkad reserves the right to manage advertising placements.
- Any paid services will have separate terms where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
My Palakkad:
- Does not guarantee the quality or reliability of listed services.
- Is not liable for service disputes, damages, or losses.
- Is not responsible for incorrect information posted by users.
Users engage with service providers at their own discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
All app content including Logo, Design, Branding, and Database structure are the intellectual property of My Palakkad and may not be copied without permission.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Misuse community features
Serious violations may result in permanent ban.
12. Privacy
